You can cancel your Flipper membership at any time, but we would be really sad to see you go.

Once your cancellation has been requested, there will be no further activity on your account.

If we’ve fallen short of providing the service you’ve paid for and you therefore wish to cancel your Flipper subscription, we’re happy to fully refund your subscription fee.
The legally binding agreement between us will not end until three months after the day on which you contact us. We will refund any advance payment you have made for services which will not be provided to you. For example, if your contract commenced on 1 January and you tell us you want to end the contract on 1 April we will continue to supply you with services until 30 June and will refund any sums you have paid in advance for the supply of services after 1 July.
ie: - £30 Annual Fee paid on date contract commenced, 1 Jan- Less £7.50 for services provided, 1 Jan - 31 Mar- Less £7.50 for services provided post notification, 1 Apr - 30 June- Leaving a partial refund due of £15.00"
