Once you have flipped to a new supplier you will be prompted for meter readings so that your new supplier can open your account and your old supplier close the account on the same readings to make sure there are no discrepancies.

We recommend submitting meter readings to your supplier once per month so that your bills can be produced accurately.

We advise you log in to your supplier account to keep you in the loop and so that you know what's going on with your energy usage, payments and bills.

To submit your meter readings direct to Flipper, please visit your Flipper Dashboard and we can submit these for you.
