When we flip your tariff/supplier we will set up an online account, with your new supplier, so you can monitor your bills and submit your meter readings online. To do this, we set up a new @flippermail email address which is used as your account username, this will automatically forward you messages, from your supplier, that may need your attention. Your Flipper dashboard log in details will remain the same, but the section in the dashboard which allows you to login to the new supplier will have new logins for you to use.
