If your usage has recently changed, we'll still be able to flip you, but our calculations might not be as accurate depending on how much information we have available. 

When we switch you we will always use your most recent bill, as this will show what you have used, and we will take this as your estimated usage for the following 12 months. If your most recent bill is not within the past 6 months, then this may not be accurate for you.

This can mean that your Direct Debit changes as your new supplier gets a better idea of how much you're using. 

We recommend providing your supplier with regular meter readings (we recommend once a month), so you can be sure that you're never paying for more or less than you use. You can submit meter readings to your supplier through your Flipper Dashboard.
