We use the login details for your online management account with your supplier to download your bills, submit meter readings and help with any support you may require - This way it requires us having to chase you for the information.

 If you'd prefer to just send us a bill instead, we can flip you with that too, just send us an email to support@flippercommunity.com with a scan, photograph, or PDF of your most recent bill. We need all pages, front and back, and all text should be legible.
