We create a @flippermail email address for new flips, regardless of whether you remain with your existing supplier. There are two reasons for this:

  • Our systems run all flips the same way, and don't discriminate between existing and new suppliers.
  • We always need to monitor your account to provide a full service to you, and the email address lets us do this.
