Yes, you can choose to pay either by monthly direct debit or on receipt of your bill. We recommend that our members pay by direct debit — it's around £140/year cheaper!

This means you pay your energy supplier directly. We'll set up a direct debit with any new suppliers on your behalf when we flip you.

If you wish to pay by Direct Debit, we do give the option to choose a preferred payment date which we will request on your behalf. Not all suppliers support Direct Debit payments on any day, so this so may not be possible.
